Ingredients
- ½ cup cornflour
- 450g Firm Tofu, cut into cubes
- 300g Honey Soy Simmer Sauce
- 1 bag (500g) Asian Sesame Slaw
- 8 flour tortillas
Method
- Salt and pepper the cornflour and add it to a bowl. Toss the tofu in the mixture to coat.

- In a small pot, warm the honey and soy simmer sauce slowly. Add the crispy tofu and mix it through rapidly to coat.
- After warming the tortillas in a hot pan or microwave, fill the tacos with the crispy tofu and prepared, seasoned sesame slaw. Serve right away and delight in!
- Add some Japanese mayo, toasted sesame seeds, pickled ginger, fresh coriander, or spring onions for a great finishing touch to these tofu tacos!
