Ingredients 

  1. ½ cup cornflour
  2. 450g  Firm Tofu, cut into cubes
  3. 300g  Honey Soy Simmer Sauce
  4. 1 bag (500g) Asian Sesame Slaw
  5. 8 flour tortillas

Method

  1. Salt and pepper the cornflour and add it to a bowl. Toss the tofu in the mixture to coat.

  3. In a small pot, warm the honey and soy simmer sauce slowly. Add the crispy tofu and mix it through rapidly to coat.
  4. After warming the tortillas in a hot pan or microwave, fill the tacos with the crispy tofu and prepared, seasoned sesame slaw. Serve right away and delight in!

  • Add some Japanese mayo, toasted sesame seeds, pickled ginger, fresh coriander, or spring onions for a great finishing touch to these tofu tacos!
